I partner with clients globally. Note that these days I offer limited one-on-one sessions, meaning at times I have a waitlist. Know that I will always do my best to see you as soon as possible (I get that it’s a big decision to commit to coaching, so I like to honour that).
One-on-one Coaching & Support
Your investment is:
$200 NZD + gst for a 60 minute session (via zoom)
Unlike most coaches, I won’t ask you to lock into a certain number of sessions or period of time. My clients stay with me because they gain benefit from working with me, not because they’re under any contract. I also ensure that clients come away from each session with a clear idea of ‘next steps’ (‘homework’), tangible things they can do between sessions to move themselves forward. This means the value you gain from working with me extends way beyond the 60 minute session.
Coaching needs to work for you and it matters to me that you choose when and how often to engage. Some clients prefer weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Others ‘dip in’ as needed. You set the pace.
Keen to get going? Great! Reach out and let’s lock in a time for your first session.
Not quite sure if this is right for you? That’s okay too. Reach out, let’s have a chat and hopefully that will help you decide, one way or the other. I offer free 20 minute no-obligation discovery calls.

Experiencing a significant loss, changes you.
Get clear on who you are (now) & design & live a life that’s honouring of your grief, yourself and your loved one.
If you are ready to get connected with who you are (now) and clarify what you most want for yourself, this is for you. Join a small, safe cohort of individuals ready to invest in themselves and start to conscious live your life, your way; in a way that is honouring of you, your loved one and your grief. Keep reading, to find out more.
Does this sound like you?
You have reached a point in your grief journey that you feel ready for ‘more’ for yourself, yet you’re unsure what that ‘more is’. Whilst a part of you is ready to embrace the next chapter in your life, there is another part of you that is scared, afraid of ‘letting go’ of, or ‘moving on’ from your loved one. Even considering the future, without your loved one, may feel ‘wrong’. None of this is what you imagined for yourself. I get it.
With the Life Reset programme, I combine my 25+ years experience and expertise in the areas of suicide-loss support and life coaching, to provide a compassionate, supportive environment, real conversations, and practical tools to equip and support you to move forward in your life. Let me quickly clarify, that when I say ‘move forward’, I mean moving forward WITH your loved one still being an important part of your life.
When we are able to take our grief and channel it, seeing love as enduring, beyond the physical realm, we are able to meet our new selves in a way that gives us permission to experience happiness again, and that makes us truly unstoppable. That’s what I want for you.

- Understand where you are in your grief journey and the narrative you are carrying around your loved one’s suicide (ensuring this is a helpful narrative as you look to move forward).
- Get clear on who you are as a person, now (your values, needs and what matters most to you)
- Identify ways of being and things or people, that may no longer serve you
- Get clear on the ways you will choose to honour and carry your loved one forward with you.
- Decide what you want for yourself - in the various aspects of your life, moving forward - that is honouring of your grief, yourself and your loved one
- Identify the initial actions you will take to start consciously living that which you want for yourself, and what you will need to have in place to support you.
In joining this programme you will commit to:
- Attending all six group sessions and two one-on-one sessions (that said, know that the session recordings will be available if ‘life’ happens)
- Completing activities between sessions designed to help fast-track your clarity (i.e. doing the homework)

Life Reset Retreat
Twice a year I host a small-group overseas retreat. This is designed as an opportunity to get away from the pressures of everyday life, get clear on who you are (now), and what you want for yourself, moving forward. It is essentially my ‘Life Reset programme’, delivered as an in-person, block programme, in a fabulous location, where you get to gain clarity and direction supported by a small group of (amazing) like-minded women.
If the idea of going someone warmer, to focus on yourself for a few days, appeals, register your interest today. Spaces are limited!
"Shelley, I can’t thank you enough. You have made such a huge difference, you are amazing. A few weeks back I didn’t know which way was up. Now I feel so much more alive, like me again. I can’t wait to start my business and I have already booked that trip. Thank you for an incredible programme. I wish I had found this sooner."
"Shelley is wonderful. The whole programme was absolutely fantastic and at a time when I really needed it. I felt so supported, by everyone. I have been blown away by how different I feel in only four weeks. I finally know where I am heading."
"I highly recommend attending Shelley’s programme. I lost my husband a number of years ago and since then I have really struggled. This programme provided the perfect supported guidance to enable me to figure out where to from here for me. This isn’t the life I had imagined, but now I have a greater sense of hope for what's ahead for me. Thank you."
